Nikon D2X

Capture Date/Time:May 24, 2007 21:42
Aperture/Shutter Speed: 28 sec, f13
ISO: 125
Focal Length: 10.5mm
Flash: none

Last night, John from Photoentropy came down to the city and joined me for some time-release shooting. I felt so spoiled having a digital camera where I could see my results and adjust my exposures right away, while John was working with his Canon AE-1 and using pure experience and confidence in the right exposure to take his shots. He had some problems with his cable release and had to push the wire into the sleeve to trigger his shutter.

The texture of the beach was fascinating last night, in that it had just rained so there was a fine pattern of droplet craters on the beach surface. It enhanced the larger footprints and other patterns that were already in the sand.

Looks like this producing this image would have created a few smiles on your face. Creative graphic and digital processing.
