Wow it's been almost a week since my last post. It's been very busy... sorry about that! We took another trip to the factory last weekend, and this time I focused on some of the smaller things there. This is the only wide-angle shot I took there. I saw an exhibit of Edward Burtynsky's amazingly huge industrial photos the other day, and this reminded me of some of that work.

I love the wide angle here. Did you do a little HDR on this? The colors are really rich. Well done!

I like the soiled and gritty feel you've managed to retain in the reproduction. I wouldn't mind if it wasn't so sharp as I think that would enhance the whole used and abandoned urban industrial visual impression.
Excellent light/aperture management and choice of relative speed.

wow...great combination of space, clutter, lines, and balance...never thought it a clutter could create much of this kind of "class" in an image. nice touch Mike. haven't been here for awhile, but i get little surprises in every visit. ;-)
