After a crazy business trip last week, the family met up with me in Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia, where we attended our grad school reunion. We walked around and saw the sights as tourists... something we never found time to do when we were in school! I forget how beautiful it is here. This is the fife-and-drum corps, which is made up of boys and girls younger than 13 or so. I hear that families in Williamsburg sign their kids up to be in this prestigious, historically accurate corps from the day they are born. This shot is a bit over-processed, but the monitor on my laptop leaves a bit to be desired. I will be re-adjusting it later on.

great photo (with or without a good monitor) especially since its directly into the sun.... the shadows leaves a nice touch:)

Interesting thought to shoot against the sun. I am surprised about the details you managed inspite of it
