Here's another one from dinner on New Year's Eve. This was a peach sorbet float made with fresh Seedling peaches. The dish was served in this amazing little cup made from ice with flowers frozen inside of its walls. Very cool! It was a dish inspired by the Custom House Restaurant here in Chicago. Our neighbors were so clever to figure out how to construct these things.
