Here's my final Chicago Marathon shot. Here we are moving down Canon Drive in Lincoln Park, right in front of the Lincoln Park Zoo. The fall colors were beautiful, and I was still feeling pretty good at this point! This was about 40 minutes after taking Wednesday's shot. Hope you liked the series!

Oh, and by the way, John from Photoentropy took a couple of pictures of me during the race. It was great to see him out there, and he was very encouraging during some of my darker moments on race day! You can see his shots here, and no, I wasn't walking with a cane! Thanks, John!

Mike, thanks for a great week of photos from the marathon! You are the only person I know who would figure out a way to take photos AND run the marathon at the same time.

It was a great series and once again, congratulations on running this race and shooting along the way.

This shot has a wonderful dizzying effect to it.

Cool one and I loved seeing your camera on a stick! What dedication.

Number one, I cannot believe you ran that distance. I was a distance runner at national level but the marathon never crossed my mind. Number two, you carried a camera!! Cool, but just a little crazy.

Man, like running a marathon wouldn't already pose a sufficient degree of difficulty for the rest of us. Nice pix, then and now. See you in a few days.
