Well, this week's theme on MikesRightBrain is going to be "Running". Today's entry is more of a journal entry than anything artistic, but I often forget that this is one of the reasons I started this blog. Anyway, I've finally gotten over some injuries enough to train for this year's Chicago Marathon in late October. I haven't stuck to the training schedule as much as I should have, but all in all I think I'm ready for it. This weekend was our last 20-mile training run. I was going to set up a nice tripod shot of yours truly blazing down the running path, but based on how I felt after the run I thought that this was more appropriate. Was this posed? Not really.

Mike.......you are Amazing guy! Just the thought of running 20 miles makes me want to do that, lol. I need to get back in gear, I was a college athlete and now I'm just a slug....so thanks for the motivation!
