I have been saving this shot for so long that I can't remember what I was saving it for! But it has popped up on my RAW processor for months now since the spring soccer season ended this year. Anyway, a new soccer season for my kids starts up today, so I figured now was as good a time as any to put this one up. My daughter is the purple blur in the upper right-hand corner.

** You may have noticed that the archived shots are mis-aligned with the old template. I am still in the long and tedious process of up-rezzing all 320 of the previous MRB shots. Once those are all done I'll be able to upgrade the entire site. Right now it's only the homepage that uses the new template. Thanks for your patience as I continue the upgrades to the site.

Oh Mike! Always stepping it up a notch and raising the bar higher. Excellent image!

I'm not usually a fan of blurs with no sharp points, but this one looks so flowing and dynamic. How did you do this one?

09.08.06, 01:27 AM, Mike:

Thanks, everyone! Alicia, I took this by selecting a relatively slow shutter speed and zooming out during the exposure. I believe I had the camera locked down as well...

Great shot, you rock at these!
