Sorry for the late post today...
We were invited by dear friends to ride on a sailing schooner to celebrate a couple of recent birthdays this week. Although thunderstorms were expected all day, the weather turned out to be stunningly beautiful. It has been a couple of years since we were out on the lake around the city at night, and we forget how much fun it is. Much of the discussion on the boat centered around how beautiful Chicago is, and how many of us could never imagine leaving it. I completely agree!

Tell me about it... I'm going to be counting on you to keep me grounded to here. (Yes, we're still here - haven't sold the house yet)

Oh I bet that was so much fun being out on the water! I've never been to Chicago but we'll be going through in a few days so I'm quite excited to see it!

Great shot, the exposure is just right, for a nice sunset, the extreme wide angle works really well too!
