This one is meant to be more of an abstraction (in the spirit of Xmas, of course). Last year I managed to sneak my camera into the Radio City Music Hall Rockettes Christmas show. This is a picture of the Rockettes doing their apparently famous "Multiplying Santas" number. It was quite stealthy in that I managed to take it with the camera in my lap. (This year when we went to the show they took my camera away from me.)

In the show they try to explain to kids why there are Santas everywhere around Christmas... mostly by saying that they are all helpers of the real Santa. If I was a kid, that wouldn't fool me, but whatever.

I wonder why they restrict cameras. Weird to see so many Santas, but the Santa's helper is the standard explanation for that situation.

Too bad it is not a sharp one.

I think it's great for sneaking it in!! But what happened when all those Santa-helpers caught you being naughty?

Interesting picture. Thing is, with all the little pocket-sized cameras these days, how can they possibly catch them all without some sort of security check. Sould like SLR cameras will be singled out.

The big cameras always get singled out. I never bring my camera to the theatres for fear they will confiscate it and play around with it.

Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!

I love the energy and vibrancy of this photo. I hope you had a wonderful holiday!
