This is my youngest at the F.A.O. Schwartz toy store in New York City. As you can see here, he was a bit overwhelmed when we said he could pick one and only one small thing from the store. We actually walked out without anything in hand, saying that perhaps Santa would bring it to them for Christmas. They are such good kids... we left without a complaint from them at all!

The low perspective really underscore the overwhelming nature of the store from a child's perspective.

this looks like a scene from a movie or something. a refereshing style of perspective.

i really like this. He looks like he's in Candyland! I've been to that store in NYC before and it is amazing you got your kids out of there without a whimper!

Awesome! Great viewpoint!
I agree with Bob that you succeeded in underscoring the overwhelming nature of this store very well !
So many toys! Must be hard for a child to leave empty handed!
Excellent ! You really got a nice collection of pictures.

Great POV to share the magnitude of 'toyland'.

You kid looks overwhelmed! The perspective is excellent. I'm imagining the disorientation, right now. I'm sure not many parents can say the same about their kids when leaving the toy store without anything.

Nothing like a kid a toy store! Way to many decisions to make :)

Mike, this angle really adds to the story behind the photo. It really looks like the subject is dwarfed by the choice on offer, this is a great shot.
